Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the GCF is seeking to contract a qualified, reputable and experienced Firm to provide consultancy services for Requirements Analysis and RFP Development for the Green Climate Fund Financial Management Suite (GFMS). The terms of reference included in Annex 1 provides the details of the assignment and expected deliverables.

Proposals must be submitted to the GCF no later than 13 May 2020 at 15:00 hrs Korean time.
