Green Climate Fund (GCF or the Fund) is seeking to contract a qualified, reputable and experienced company/organisation/firm (the “Firm”) to provide Consultancy Services for supporting Evaluation Capacity Building and Learning Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) through the establishment of non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTAs) based on “if and when required” with no legal obligation to order any minimum or maximum quantity.  

The terms of reference (TOR) included in Annex 1 of the attached RFP package will provide the details of the assignment and expected deliverables.  The Fund intends to award a long-term agreement (LTA) with at least 2 Firms for a 2-3-year period.

Proposals must be submitted to the GCF no later than 05 April 2024 at 23.59 hours Korea Standard Time (KST)/Seoul time.
