Overview
The Green Climate Fund procures goods and services to support its operations and ultimately contribute to the fulfilment of its mandate. As an international organisation entrusted with public funds, GCF’s procurement activities are carried out in strict accordance with its Administrative Guidelines on Procurement. Procurement methods vary depending on the estimated value and/or nature of the goods and services being procured. Where public competitive bidding is used, procurement notices are advertised below, and interested parties are invited to consult the notices for submission details.

Supplier access to the portal is being rolled out in phases. Please look for an invitation email from [email protected]. If you are an established supplier to GCF, and have not received that invitation by the end of August, then please contact your GCF buyer.

Request for Proposals Readiness Support and Project Preparation Facility Service Providers

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the GCF intends to establish a pre-qualified pool of Readiness Support and Project Preparation Facility (PPF) service providers, categorized into lots based on their specific areas of expertise. The GCF will contract these providers through non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTAs). The initial contract period will be three (3) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance, as further specified in the Terms of Reference provided in Annex 1.
